The Build-Operate-Transfer Model
For GCC clients establishing or expanding engineering operations in India, CogFocus® offers a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) engagement. We establish and operate a dedicated engineering pod — recruited locally, trained on enterprise standards, embedded in client tooling — and transfer full operational ownership to the client on a pre-agreed timeline.
BOT removes the 12–18 month ramp-up risk that prevents many GCCs from committing to regional expansion.
